ANY PACKING AND POSTAGE WE UNDERTAKE IS AT THE BUYERS' RISK. WE ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL PACKERS AND WILL NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE CAUSED IN TRANSIT. INSURANCE IS NOT PROVIDED.
BEFORE WE SEND ANY ITEMS BY POST, WE DO NEED YOUR CONFIRMATION THAT YOU AGREE TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
We will endeavor to send those items by post which we deem appropriate, by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcelforce. Our minimum charge is £15.00 for a single item in a jiffy bag Royal Mail Special Delivery. The charge increases depending upon time, size and weight. Minimum charge to pack for a courier collection if requested is £10.
We will NOT pack items of a fragile nature eg pictures, very large or heavy nor those lots containing a large quantity of items nor multiple large lots eg tea / dinner services etc . We will pack items deemed suitable to the best of our ability and as time permits.
