A Carlton ware 'Sketching Bird' pattern shallow dish with wide rim, enamelled and gilded bird over gilt willow tree, flowers and leaves above, against a blue ground, diameter 36.5cm.
In good condition with no faults noted, minor crazing to the glaze on the back.
Gilt in good order with no wear noted.
